Scholarship Application

Requirements for consideration: 

*The Senior athlete is a two-year minimum CHS athlete who has completed a varsity season during their senior year

* The athlete must be in good standing on and off the field (no suspensions, no academic probation, code violations, or legal issues related to school)

* Athlete must have represented CHS in a positive manner and consistently demonstrated sportsmanship in all athletic contests
